This exercise can be performed at home before mirror. Dedicating 20 minutes a day is enough to minimize the signs of time. According to Maria Helena, exercises can be divided by areas, forehead and scalp, eyelids and eyeballs, nose and cheekbones, mouth and cheeks, chin and jaw line, under chin and neck, shoulders (scapular girdle). "The exercises should be done slowly, in front of a mirror to control the muscles worked and relax the other muscles of the face," she advises.

Step 2: Pull your eyebrows down, frowning, as if one eyebrow was meeting the other.
Step 3: Then, slowly raise your eyebrows as much as you can, and open your eyes wide, widening them.
