Anti-Aging Ingredients

Anti-Aging Serum
Today we will help you understand what are the components of anti-aging products and why they are used.
• AHA and BHA Ingredients: These are the acids that help mitigate sun damage and are considered to be some of the best ingredients for skin care against aging. Use the AHA if you have normal to dry skin and BHA if your skin is normal to oily.
*Note: Currently, the BHA most commonly used in cosmetics is salicylic acid. On rare occasions, citric acid is also cited as a BHA in cosmetic formulations. More commonly, citric acid is referred to as an AHA. The safety of salicylic acid used as a cosmetic ingredient has been evaluated by both the cosmetic industry and FDA.
Vitamin C helps to stimulate the production of collagen, it is also an antioxidant and helps eliminate free radicals. It is suitable for all skin types, especially people who smoke and have acne.
It is used in the form of a serum that is applied overnight after cleansing the skin and before the usual cream.
Retinol
Retinol is a derivative of vitamin A, it is also one of the best ingredients for skin care and helps reduce wrinkles, fine lines of expression and improves skin tone. Comes as a component of many night treatment creams.
It is a great anti-aging component for skin care against the passage of time. Coenzyme Q-10 fights free radicals and reduces fine lines, especially those that appear around the eyes, which is why it is often found in almost all eye contour creams.
It is a vitamin as important as vitamin C for its beneficial role in protecting cells against free radical damage.
Vitamin E is found in facial products with a large number of different names, including tocopherol acetate, tocopherol linoleate, tocotrienols, alpha-tocopherol and tocopherol succinate.
This acid is used to reduce the signs of aging by its great ability to retain water. It is commonly found in many anti-aging products, but it is always better to know if it is one of the active ingredients, i.e. if it is found in large quantity.
Either way, it is always best to apply it in the form of hyaluronic acid serum, such as vitamin C after washing your face and before any cream.
• Green Tea Extract
The green tea extract is full of antioxidants, usually appears on the labels like EGCG. Used for all skin types, especially those of smokers, who expose too much sun or have acne.

Affected Areas with Wrinkle

Oeil Vibe Anti-Aging Serum -Forehead Lines: Wrinkle stretches horizontally across your face, then it's called a “forehead row.” These rows stack up above eyebrows and they are normal in people who “raise their eyebrows” frequently, which creases and folds the skin on the forehead. -Frown lines  Frown lines are the result of gathering or knitting the tissue between the eyebrows into a fold. They are caused by the repeated action of underlying muscles associated with facial expression. -Tear troughs It also creates a division between the lower eyelid and cheek that is an early sign of aging around the eyes. Patients with deep tear troughs often complain that they look more tired and older than they really are. A tear trough is caused by tethering of the lower eyelid skin to the underlying facial bones.) Commonly known as EYE BAGS. -Nasolabial folds The nasolabial folds, commonly known as "smile lines" or "laugh lines", are facial features.

Exercise for the scalp and to smooth the wrinkles of the forehead.

Facial Exercise This exercise can be performed at home before mirror. Dedicating 20 minutes a day is enough to minimize the signs of time. According to Maria Helena, exercises can be divided by areas, forehead and scalp , eyelids and eyeballs , nose and cheekbones, mouth and cheeks, chin and jaw line , under chin and neck, shoulders (scapular girdle). "The exercises should be done slowly, in front of a mirror to control the muscles worked and relax the other muscles of the face," she advises. Step 1: Place the index and middle fingers between the eyebrows, making a gentle pressure. Step 2: Pull your eyebrows down, frowning, as if one eyebrow was meeting the other. Step 3: Then, slowly raise your eyebrows as much as you can, and open your eyes wide, widening them. Step 4: Slowly return to normal position. Repeat exercise 10 times a day.

Retinol's Anti-Aging Assistances for Skin

Vitamin A is a tremendously effective skin-transforming element that seems to know just what your skin needs to help reduce visible signs of aging.
