Some adore it and others do not like it. Some people go passionate when they have it in front of them and others do not care. It turns out that as all the time happens, if for years it has been said that chocolate causes some alterations in our body, some not very satisfying .. well, of course, it seems that it is not so pleasant to eat it, right? 1. Does it cause acne?

3. Does chocolate have a lot of caffeine?

 In short it does not cause cavities, nor does it cause you to have acne; It does not have caffeine to go like a motorcycle all day, it does not cause you heart disease nor cancer. It does the opposite, that is, it helps us and prevents from these problems.
